Refund policy

The Tahami artisans stand by the quality of their products; defective or damaged products may be returned within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us at info@tahamibynature.com with a photo and description of the damage/defect.   

For general returns, the item(s) must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days. Items miss-delivered, due to the customer providing an incorrect address, will not be eligible for a refund unless the package is returned to TBN within 30 days of shipment. Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of the customer providing an erroneous or incomplete address. Unfortunately, Tahami cannot be responsible for or replace missing packages properly addressed where carrier information indicates proper delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
To confirm receipt of refunds, check your bank or credit card statement. You may need to contact your bank or credit card company to confirm the refund posting process. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@tahamibynature.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tahamibynature.com and send your item to 2650 FM 407 E, STE 145-214, Bartonville, Texas 76226 United States.

Gifts
Items purchased and delivered to the recipient as a gift will receive a gift certificate as a refund. Refunds for gifts, not marked as a gift, sent to the gift giver for subsequent delivery to the recipient will be credited back to the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using tracking services when making a return. We cannot guarantee return shipments.
